Theodore Wirth (1863-1949) was instrumental
in designing the Minneapolis system of parks. Swiss born - was regarded as the dean of the local parks movement in America.
The TWGA honors his contributions and considers Theodore Wirth Golf Course a very special place for all to enjoy.
